Compliance Manager
Bringing more than three decades of clinical experience, including over 20 years in leadership positions, Angele possesses a rich background, primarily focusing on long-term care and extensive involvement in post-acute rehabilitation. Her contributions extend to notable presentations at prominent events such as the Health Care Compliance Association, National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies, American Occupational Therapy Association, Leading Age PA and MD, and the American Burn Association.
Angele's expertise spans various areas, including in-house therapy management, oversight of contract therapy services, staff development for clinical growth, medical review preparedness, Medicare compliance, and defensible documentation. She is well-versed in implementing QA auditing processes and managing Additional Development requests and denials.
As a licensed occupational therapist with certifications in Health Care Compliance and as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, Angele is passionate about educating providers about compliance. She is an active member of professional associations, including the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Health Care Compliance Association.
