Pronouns are fundamental to individual identity, and using the correct ones are essential for fostering respect and inclusivity. This Learning Lab is designed to help participants understand the importance of using and sharing pronouns to avoid making assumptions based on appearances. 

Through this course, you will gain insight into gender diversity and pronouns, learn practical tips for introducing pronouns in the workplace, and see how to create a culture of inclusivity and acceptance.

Participants will be encouraged to ask questions and share their thoughts throughout the training.
