Whether you're a manager, a team member, or simply someone seeking to improve your conflict resolution skills, the Coaching People Through Conflict Learning Lab will introduce tools and techniques to help you guide individuals through conflicts.

In this Learning Lab, we’ll explore the concepts of impact versus intent and review The Ladder of Inference, which is a tool that explains how we make decisions.

Participants will be encouraged to ask questions and share their thoughts throughout the training.
