Compliance Manager
Lori joined our team in November 2018, bringing 30 years of healthcare management and social work experience to her role. Her Social Work background includes roles as Director of Social Services, Case Management Director, and Social Work Consultant. Among her goals has been to improve the resident and family experience through person-centered care and proactive grievance management.
In recent years, she served as Director of Transitional Care and Assistant Administrator of a 324-bed SNF. Her focus included quality assurance and performance improvement, promoting regulatory compliance, and attaining preferred provider status in the post-acute setting.
Lori received her Bachelors in Social Work and Masters in Counseling from Northern Michigan University and a Masters in Social Work Administration from Temple University. She is licensed in PA as a Social Worker and Nursing Home Administrator. Lori has had the opportunity to speak on several topics, including “Enhancing Quality Measures in Transitional Care” at the National Leading Age Conference.
